Q What is the best way to get in touch with you guys? I noticed that sometimes I am unable to reach a certain individual for a whole day!

A Our team members are not confined to their cubicles and handle a multitude of different duties related to their specialty. Hence, the best way to reach anyone is through our main phone line, i.e. 1-908-943-1177 as all our team members have new email notifiers as a part of their required technical devices. All inquiries are strictly answered within a 24-hour period.

Q What information should I provide BuyDirectPC when I call, email or fax?

A Your order ID, if the order hasn't shipped yet, service tag number or invoice number if the order has shipped or is already at customer's place. Also, please let us know about the best way and time to contact you back.

Return Policy


We try to provide the best customer experience by offering quality products and services. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your new system, we would like the opportunity to work with you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with us leaves you delighted. In the event that you still wish to return your system, here are a few things you should know
" You may return your new system up to 14 days from the date of invoice. After 14 days, no returns will be allowed or accepted. All sales on software items are final.
" Accurate Solution PC Center will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 14 days after you receive the shipment
" To return any merchandise, an (RMA) needs to be obtained by calling our customer service department and providing the invoice number, item description, and serial number(s). The returned merchandise must include the RMA and its original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.
" You are responsible for shipping the system back to Accurate Solution PC Center and for the costs associated with that shipment.
" It is important that you return everything on your order, and that it is in its original packaging.
" Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
" Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment
" Customer must package the products properly. Accurate Solution PC Center is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty. All electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap.
" We suggest that customers obtain a receipt of any packages shipped back to us. Accurate Solution PC Center is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.
" Shipping and handling and rush charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
" For permanent returns, a credit will be issued when the item is received back for the amount that the item sold was for MINUS THE SHIPPING COST. All products returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges on physically damaged products. In no circumstance, will a return for credit will be accepted after 14 days of shipping of a product.
" For customers outside Canada: Returns will be charged a $50 customs-handling fee.
" Special note for customers buying system with Windows XP : If you need to return the system for any reason, we cannot take a return of Windows XP. Please keep the OS CD and the key sticker. This is because of the licensing constraints placed by Windows XP
" No returns or refunds will be made for items that are special ordered for you or for unusual custom configurations of systems.
" Unless defective, all opened products are non-refundable and non-returnable

Terms & Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Accurate Solution PC Center, a division of Accurate Solution PC Center. By submitting your on-line order to Accurate Solution PC Center, you have indicated your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. At Accurate Solution PC Center's sole discretion, these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time before Accurate Solution PC Center accepts your order.


Payment Terms

Payment is due by credit card, PayPal, Certified Check, Money Order or Bank Draft. Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card is declined, so will be the order. No C.O.D. orders are accepted. Orders are processed ONLY upon receipt of payment.


Disclaimer of Warranty

When products are shipped to you, their limited warranties applicable to products are in effect and are included with the shipment. Certain products may have additional warranties provided by the original manufacturer but not by Accurate Solution PC Center. On our web site, "as is" products may not have warranties from Accurate Solution PC Center (other than those warranties implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable law), but may still hold warranties from the manufacturer.


Payment Shipping and Handling Charges and Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with your purchase.

Prices

Prices shown on the Accurate Solution PC Center's site do not include shipping and handling. Neither do not the prices include taxes unless otherwise noted. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. Nonetheless, if the price drops before shipment and you notify Accurate Solution PC Center of the lower price before the product is shipped, in which case (and in that case only) the price charged will be the lower price.


Shipping and Risks during Shipping

When products are shipped to you by common carrier, Accurate Solution PC Center's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with Accurate Solution PC Center.


Limited Warranty

Accurate Solution PC Center warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for OEM products, or thirty (30) days for RETAIL packaged products from the original Invoice date unless otherwise restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. ALL OEM CPU products are warranted within seven (7) days from the original invoice date. Accurate Solution PC Center's liability shall as limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective product which is returned, freight prepaid to Accurate Solution PC Center, according to the Merchandise Return Procedure set forth in Section Merchandise Return Procedure below. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to Accurate Solution PC Center. Products which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by Accurate Solution PC Center, are not covered by this warranty.


Any alterations, addition, improvements or attachments to the product(s) not authorized in writing by the Accurate Solution PC Center shall be deemed to be a waiver of this warranty by Buyer and shall render this warranty null and void. Accurate Solution PC Center shall return repaired or replaced product(s) to Buyer, at its expense via regular ground service within Canada. Shipping charges by all other methods and to all other destinations shall be borne by Buyer.


THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Accurate Solution PC Center MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OG MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL Accurate Solution PC Center BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, and AND IN NO EVENT SHALL Accurate Solution PC Center's LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).


Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability to you for products purchased from Accurate Solution PC Center shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the products. Also, Accurate Solution PC Center will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), and strict liability or otherwise, other than those damages that are incapable of limitation, exclusion or restriction under applicable law.


THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY. Accurate Solution PC Center reserves the right to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order. For all refunds, you need to precisely follow the previous return procedures to ensure the return of your refund. You need to also allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive at our warehouse and pass an inspection process. When your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.


Title

Title to hardware products and to the media in which software products are embodied passes to you upon shipment by Accurate Solution PC Center. Title to software remains with the licensor of the software.


Interpretation

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of, these Terms and Conditions.


No Modification

Any additional or altered terms attached or adhering to an order shall be null and void and without effect, unless agreed to in writing by Accurate Solution PC Center. These terms and conditions may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Accurate Solution PC Center.


Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or un-enforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The terms and conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.


General

You may not assign this agreement without Accurate Solution PC Center's prior written consent. Accurate Solution PC Center is the intended beneficiaries of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and other agreement included with or relating to products purchased from Accurate Solution PC Center, this agreement shall take precedence.

Linking and Framing the Web Site

Links to the Web Site without the express permission of Accurate Solution PC Center are strictly prohibited. Accurate Solution PC Center reserves the right to cancel and revoke any permission it may give to link to the Web Site at any time, for any reason, without any notice, and without any liability to you or any other person. The framing of the Web Site or any of its content in any form and by any method is strictly prohibited.
